General Purpose

Jabchor 2.0 helps Bhutanese entrepreneurs secure equity financing (local/FDI) in exchange of ownership of business, enabling strategic partnerships, market expansion, post investment handholding support for company incorporation and future IPOs – building resilient, sustainable businesses.

Eligibility Summary

1. Bhutanese citizens only

2. Sectors: Agriculture, manufacturing, green tech, services (including IT) (Importing and reselling products in Bhutan is not allowed)

3. Business Stages:

Idea Stage: Pilot sales preferred
Startup Stage: Licensed for over 1 year
Growth Stage: Licensed for over 5 years

4. One application per category (Detail in Annexure)

Cost Bearing
