A complete Jabchor 2.0 Pitching Event application — consisting of the registration form, 750-word business summary, 90-second promotional video, and relevant supporting documents — must be submitted via the Jabchor website by Sept 28, 2026, at 5:00 PM Bhutan Time. Applicants are advised to allow sufficient time before the deadline and to carefully review the Application Instructions and Evaluation Criteria before submitting. Once submitted by the announced deadline, the application may not be modified.
All applicants will be able to access and edit their applications, including submitted applications, until the application deadline.

Note: financial reports (audited, as applicable) are not required to be uploaded at this stage — promoters should be able to provide this information during the next phase.
Following the application deadline, all complete submissions will be invited to a mandatory 3-day bootcamp scheduled from September 28–30, 2026:

All trainers and mentors will sign Innovest Private Limited’s Conflict of Interest and Non-Disclosure Agreements to enable open discussions during the bootcamp and Phase 3 grooming program.
All bootcamp participants must sign an undertaking to fully participate and agree to the Program Engagement and Success Fee on receiving successful investment. Those selected for Jabchor 2.0 must commit to all training activities — non-compliance will result in disqualification and blacklisting from future programs.
